CDR issue with Sangoma card and asterisk

Hi All,
we can successfully make outgoing call using asterisk. we have one issue that on disposition of dahdi channel , asterisk does not return the exact value. actually it never returns the right call duration.
we are using sangoma analog card and asterisk version is 1.8

This is unlikely to be related to the Sangoma cards, although if it is, the correct place to ask is Sangoma’s commercial support channels.

It is most likely to do with either a misunderstanding of how CDRs are supposed to work, or with a lack of answer and/or disconnect supervision, or a misconfiguration relating to one or both of these.

However you have provided no real evidence on which a proper diagnosis could be made and haven’t described the symptoms in sufficient detail.
