i can’t register sip account with soft phone until use Hotspot Shiled VPN
when i open it asterisks server got response
when use normal connection got 408 time out
i need help please
If the traffic is not being received on the Asterisk side it may be blocked on the internet connection itself. There’s nothing you could do about that except use a VPN or switch to TLS. Even with TLS they could still block the media portion.
