Can we play multiple files for sound mix usage

Hi,
We want to play multiple files for sound mix effect along with control on volume (increase/descrease sound for a particular file) to create a C#.Net library with this functionality. Is it possble with Asterisk Server for windows?

The Asterisk version for Windows is obsolete and unsupported.

Thanks for your reply. We are not bound to Windows library usage. Can you provide the solution which will work on any OS (like linux etc)?
