Can Asterisk do this?

Hi,
I’d like to redirect a modem call over the speaker/microphone.
So 2 computers could make a null modem cable connection both using a modem, however the connection would be from ones speaker to the other’s microphone (or both listening and playing in a room alone.)

Can asterisk help me to do this?

Still no luck. I’m trying to connect anything network related to /dev/dsp
