We have Asterisk server & One MSS-MGW connected via TDM. We are using call back service with this setup in which a user calls the asterisk server and listens to some tone and the call gets completed and then hangs up. Then, the server will call the mobile back (outbound call) and then play one more file of song. At this step, the mobile user can’t see the number on the screen(Expected is : number from which call is coming(server number in unknown format)…actual output : “call”). We checked all we could from MSS but finally understood this number display is related to asterisk server configuration. Could somebody kindly suggest some changes from the asterisk server side?
