Hi, i am new in asterisk,
i have installed asterisk and it is all ok i have 3 iax connections my outgoing and incoming calls work, bu i have problem when i call someone on his side my number is hidden,
here how its is look on another asterisk server i call
– Accepting call from ‘’ to ‘839’ on channel 0/1, span 1
– Executing [839@from-pstn:1] NoOp(“Zap/1-1”, “”) in new stack
– Executing [839@from-pstn:2] Set(“Zap/1-1”, “CALLERID(num)=0”) in new stack
No. It is the number of the calling phone that will appear on the called phone.
There is too little information to establish how and if you would be receiving an incoming caller id. I’m not even sure if you have an analogue connection.
i have 2 asterisk servers and i call from first server to second server, this is output from second server, and i dont see my number on this second asterisk server.
This is from first server:(calling number 668855)
– Executing [0668855@outgoing_sve:1] Set(“SIP/4100-0000002a”, “CALLERID(num)=1038323500”) in new stack
– Executing [0668855@outgoing_sve:2] Dial(“SIP/4100-0000002a”, “SIP/metronet/0668855,40,wW”) in new stack
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
– Called metronet/0668855
– SIP/metronet-0000002b answered SIP/4100-0000002a
This is from second server:(called server)
– Accepting call from ‘’ to ‘855’ on channel 0/1, span 1
– Executing [855@from-pstn:1] NoOp(“Zap/1-1”, “”) in new stack
– Executing [855@from-pstn:2] Set(“Zap/1-1”, “CALLERID(num)=0”) in new stack
– Executing [855@from-pstn:3] Goto(“Zap/1-1”, “zovu2155|s|1”) in new stack
