Using Asterisk 22.214.171.124. When an inbound caller passes throught queue/ivr/callback i get on extension caller id same as extension number. I put in Dial options an “o” option. It changed problem with direct calls: when i checked in inbound routes to redirect a call to current extension, but it didn’t change situation with queue/ivr/callback calls.
So i have a problem: when some call got from queue an agent saw it’s own extension number in CallerID.
How i can solve it?
