Call Quality in Conference Rooms


I would like to preface this by saying I am very new to Asterisk. I have done some administration on Thirdlane MTE and Thirdlane standalone systems but that is it. I asked to be more involved with the back end of VOIP things and my boss has given me this issue to work through. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We recently upgraded a customer to Thirdlane V7.3, Asterisk version Since that time we have had numerous complaints regarding call quality in the conference rooms. Calls to individuals are clear. I have been pointed toward DAHDI as being a potential cause, and based on what was explained to me, it made sense to start there. Here are the DAHDI builds currently in use:
