Call lost without Hiting in Queue

For reporting using asternic stats, for monitoring using fop2 today I am monitoring my agents from 10:00 am to 10:30 am no calls load during this period and I am closely monitor fop2 and agnets that as per my observation no call is missed during this time but when I check logs on asternic stats I find that 41 received 29 answer 12 abandoned, I am surprised why abandoned and want experts to help me in this case. and if you need my queue configuration I can share you for troubleshoot.
