Call history

Hi all,
We have two AsteriskNow vPBX that have the same issue of caller id.
Some of the calls are shown as CID and the main outgoing line of the PBX.
Each vPBX has a different trunk. the only thing in common is the distribution itself.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

You need to provide the technology driver configuration file and the dialplan.

What do you mean by technology driver configuration?

chan_dahdi.conf, sip.conf. h323.conf, etc. depending on the channel technology you are using.
