Call forwarding to cell, no audio

Hello all, I’m having fun setting up my new Aserisk system, one problem I can’t yet fix. I have the follow me setup on an extension that forwards to my cell phone. I am using FreePBX for configuration and have setup an custom extension, leaving all entries except for the extension and secret blank. I setup the follow me as NNNNNNNNNN#. It does ring through, yet it when I pickup there’s no audio. I am using ViaTalk as a SIP proxy provider and can transfer calls directly to the cell, yet can’t get the extension transfer to help. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Just a clarification, if I dial 500 from the inside it works, the issue is only when I setup the ring group to ring my cell when an external caller calls my #.
