Call forward to PSTN Line

hi,

i am using 2 SAP3102. and i have 2 PSTN lines. so i do not know how to forward the call to PSTN line.

the procedure is like this, that when some one call from one PSTN line, then the SIP server answer the call and ask for extension. and if caller dial any extension (suppose “1101”), then call should me transfer to any specific CELL Number through 2nd PSTN line.

please tell me the configuration of extension.conf file and also if any changes in ATA device (SPA3012).
