Call connected to agent and then gets segmentaion fault


I am using asterisk-1.6. I have installed it properly. One PRI line is connected with it. I can successfully make call on asterisk.

I have created the agents and created campaigns ( queues). Agents can log into my system successfully.
When I try to connect the outbound calls on agents softphone. It gets connected.
It shows :
Stopped Music on hold.
playing "beep.gsm"
and then it gets crashed "Segmentation fault (core dump).

Can you please guide me for this issue.
