Call conference on incoming call

Hi everyone , i want to do a conference on incoming call, on incoming call. i want to hold that incoming call and dail another number and merge it , Please give me idea for making it .

You should use autocall files to dialout for person which you want invite.

I have done this task with placing one party on a Musiconhold context and use local channel to dial the other party and redirect to merge both parties
