hi ,i have an issue which is ,
sometimes when replying on somecalls , a busy tone is heared and it still untill i hangup the call.
i dont know wt is the reason of this busy tone ???
i dont know from wherer to begin troubleshoot
i reloaded the server many times , i did amportal restart many times but no benifet .
this issue , occurs randonly and cause a great annoying .

im alose using cri to monitor the calls , and as you see , the call was recored as rejected , then missed then answered !!!
