Budge Tone-200 wont work with PoE

Hi,

Hopefully, this is the right place to ask.

I’ve bought Grandstream Budge Tone-200 phones in order to replace old Grandstream GXP2000 v2.0. Now, GPX’s are powered over PLANET’s 4-port PoE injector hubs and working just fine…but BT-200 wont work with it.

system: TP-LINK 48 port Switch --> Planet 4port ijector hub --> IP Phone

I havent changed anything within aplication and hardware, just simple replace!.

Any suggestions?.

Hi

Not sure why you would change GXPs for BT200s but hey each to their own, anyway they dont support POE.
