I signed up with Broadvoice. When it works it’s great. Sometimes it does not work. I tried to contact them by phone, but I gave up after 20 minutes on hold. “Your call is important to us…”
I sent two e-mails, but got not even an automatic response.
Does anyone have anything good to say about their customer service?
Is it just bad luck that I feel abandoned?
Should I put a warning on the wiki?
