Auto Dialer Call Responses

Im a product owner of an in-house call center system, our old dev team built the system based on an asterisk, the issue I’m facing while using the predictive dialer is that I don’t get detailed responses on unanswered calls.

I keep monitoring the Disposition column on the CDR table for different unanswered call scenarios and the only data I get returned is either No Answer or Failed.

I have a developer now who is new to Asterisk and we are trying to modify the dial plan by updating the extension.conf file.

Appreciate any suggestion on how I can get detailed responses for unanswered calls such as Mobile turned off, Unreachable, Voice mail and any other status
