Hello,
I am using asterisk in conjunction with vicidial, yet I cannot login to the agent area of vicidial, but xlite logs in ok.
I have contacted vicidial support here was there response:
it indicates a severe time delay when communicating with your x-lite from the server…
when I try to log into the agent account it tells me this:
Sorry, there are no available sessions
the asterisk cli says this:
Aug 24 21:23:04] NOTICE[3751]: chan_sip.c:3115 auto_congest: Auto-congesting SIP/102-0000000c
I went into SIP.conf and changed changed qualify to no , and then used reload in the cli, and it still gives me the session error.
here is the cli after qualify has been changed to no.
this is when I log in via xlite:
[Aug 26 23:16:19] == Manager ‘sendcron’ logged off from 127.0.0.1

this is when trying to log into the agent frontend:

agent front end still says no sessions available…
I have pinged my server with a 100 ping and it is fine, so there is no packet loss.
here is the asterisk version: 1.4.21.2
here is my server specs:
Hardware Configuration:
CPU: Intel X3440
RAM (GB): 8
RAID: RAID-1
Hard Drive 1: 1TB SATA-II
Hard Drive 2: 1TB SATA-II
Hard Drive 3: 1TB SATA-II
I have no digium cards or anything, I am just using this for broadcast messaging,
when I record a message it does record it, but for some odd reason it drops the line, and when I get vicidial to broadcast, it does not play the message.
Thanks
Chris
Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this.
