Facing 'Your session has been disabled' issue

I’m using Vicidial setup with asterisk 13, my several agents facing ‘Your session has been disabled’ after they receive multiple calls on their softphone. From 2 months i’m facing this issue

That doesn’t make sense as a message that Asterisk would produce as the only sort of session is a SIP session, and disabling is not something that happens to SIP sessions.

Vicidial is not supported on this forum.

The ‘session disabled’ message does not pertain to a SIP session, as mentioned by @david551. Such a concept does not exist in SIP. Instead, it typically refers to the agent session in the web interface, often caused by database issues or system misconfigurations. Considering this, should we move the post to the Vici forum for further assistance
