I’m trying to create a simple inbound system.
Customers will call our call center number and all calls will redirect to a number.
I have setup mp118 FXO for 1 analog line.
I read several articles and made changes several places.
But when I call our callcenter number it plays once and plays a log beep then nothing happens.
The thing that I didn’t understand:
As I guess I have to register with a default user. İs that right? So for example 1000 user will register as Audiocodes user.
Then 1001,1002,…1008 users register from Audiocodes lines.
Can you explain me please the logic.
