Audio quality drops with video on

Hi all,

could you help please? I am a new user of elastix - i was already using openfire before, but switched to elastix with openfire.

I can do calls without any issues by using asterisk (sip client jitsi). But when i turn on video for users, the audio starts to be really poor, and with more users it is unuseable - even when using great internet speeds. Do you have any ideas ?
in sip_custom.conf i have:

Network or processor overload.

Note that we don’t know about elastix here, only the native Asterisk.

Hi,

there is only Asterisk running, it is a Dual core Opteron processor and issue occurs already with 3-4 group call (conference with video).

Network is over fiber - 20Mbit/s
