Audio problem

I’ ve a problem with audio. The my agent they have a strong return of voice in cap. I use idefisk and this has setting for echocancel …

I added this and it helps a bit with ECHO:

     rxgain=-3.0
     txgain=-4.5

I found that our transmit level was quite HIGH… And I had good luck with txgain at -5 to -4.2

I am on At&t/SBC pri in the midwest…
