PLEASE HELP - bingenterprises@hotmail.com

i have a setup like this:

PRI Card on PBX -> * #2box with TP100 -> IAX -> * #1 Box with TP100 -> PRI from PSTN Carrier

we also have SIP phones registered to *#1.

the problem is when the PBX calls out the PRI on *#1 it sometimes gets dead air, seems like it only works if the PSTN returns a “Zap/2-1 is ringing” status. When a SIP Phones registered to *#1 calls the SAME NUMBER , without the “Zap/2-1 is ringing” status we hear the PSTN intercept message… how do we send the intercept message all the way down to the PBX?

PLEASE HELP!

#2

we put an Adtran 550 in front of our *#1 to trace the PRI - this is what happens…

basically we need the PRI Card on *#2 via IAX to act like a SIP Phone… but how do we do that?

because we are not getting a “ring” which comes from the D channel?
