Asterisk does not Hangup Calls [PRI]

Hi,
i am running Asterisk 1.4.18

The scenario is the one that follows:

PSTN----E1----Asterisk----E1----Alcatel PBX

Span 1 connected to PSTN
Span 2 connected to Alcatel

The problem es the following:
An Alcatel extension calls, an Asterisk extension, or PSTN number.
The Call is answered or not.
The Alcatel extension hangsup the call, but Asterisk, which is between only hangups the call after 30 seconds or so.

An Alcatel extension calls, an Asterisk extension, or PSTN number.
The Call is answered or not.
The Asterisk extension hangs up the call, and it is terminated immediately.

Does anyone know what might be wrong?
I am including, zaptel.conf zapata.conf, and Q.931 traces of both calls.
