Yes you can do that by the below setting in extconfig
sippeers => odbc,asterisk,sip_buddies
sipusers => odbc,asterisk,sip_buddies
voicemail => odbc,asterisk,voicemail_users
sip.conf => odbc,asterisk,sip_reg
