Hi folks I am asking if you could share your brilliant ideas again with me, I’m currently want to build a Predictive Dialer with Asterisk v11. I am thinking which interface should be used AMI or AGI. Also, I would like to know how to distribute a call to a Queue, please show me a simple and short flow how to do it. Please folks, THANKS!
Study the asterisk queues.conf file this chapter could help. You will get a better understanding of what you are doing.
Download Vicidial and study its source code, is the most powerful and popular Asterisk Dialer. And you can use it as reference.
You can use both technology building you dialer (AGI & AMI).
And very important what is your knowledge of PHP & MYSQL. these tools are one of the most easy and powerful for build open-source project based on Asterisk.

Hi, thanks for this good advise, but I already configured the queue.conf. My only problem is I don’t know what command or action to use using AMI, to pass the active call to the Queue.
Study ‘Originate’ Action.
