i have installed asterisk 1.4.4 version, and GUI 2.0 version.
and running like
127.0.0.1:8088/asterisk/static/c … basic.html
but it is giving me load error.
pls help me where am doing mistake.
and also i want to create two sip user accounts , so that i can register to asterisk server and call from one account to another .
how can i do this ,

I think you are a candidate for AsteriskNow, which will install the entire machine for you, including OS, asterisk, and FreePBX as the user interface.
The FreePBX will make it very clear how to set up extensions. When you have learned how asterisk configuration files work it will become clear to you.
Also, you need to read up on asterisk documentation to learn the basics before you go to the forum to post your questions
