Asterisk doesn't hangup calls

Hello All

Im using Asterisk 1.8.27 and a Digium TE121 card, using Dahdi 2.8.0+2.8.0.1. For some reason Asterisk sends the hangup request but this dahdi channels continue opened.

Could you please help me with this.
