Asterisk does not respond to INFO message

Hi,

I have a provider that uses INFO for a type of session audit.

The problem I have is that when Asterisk receives the INFO message it does not respond, it just ignores the message.

Is there an option to get pjsip to support INFO?

I am using 16.20

There’s not enough information here to be able to answer. What is the exact INFO message? When does it occur (in dialog or out of dialog)? What’s the complete SIP interaction? Is the res_pjsip_empty_info module loaded?
