Asterisk 13 GUI realtime

Dear sir
I am trying to setup Asterisk to have real time support through creating SIP tables and do all needed configuration for that, my questions are

  1. all documentations I find regarding this is for old asterisk version, where I can find clear documentation for Asterisk version 13
  2. how I can force GUI (when creating extention) to save on the DB instead of SIP config files

The only currently supported GUI is FreePBX. That is not supported here and I do not believe it uses realtime. If you wrote the GUI yourself, it needs to access the database directly, so that is a database programming issue, not an Asterisk one.
