Asterisk 11: asterisk command not found

Dear all,

i have several installation of Asterisk 10 and everything works properly.
Today i tried to installa a server test with Asterisk 11. The installation ended without errors and Asterisk starts but when form shell i type asterisk -rv as usually, the server gives me this error: -bash: asterisk: command not found

I can’t understand why this happens.
Can you help me?

Best regards,
Davide

Hi zecdav,

Is the /etc/asterisk directory present on your system ?
If yes, the path holding asterisk binaries may not be referenced in the $PATH environement variable.

If no, the installation may have failed.

i solved, there was an issue in $PATH variable.
