Hi All,

I’m new to Asterik and Bitrix24, we want to use Asterik for IP PBX and contact center functionality and integrate Asterik with Bitrix24 (onprem and only accessible within the office) for CRM functionality.

we’ve installed the module InformUnity Bitrix24 on Asterik and tried to integrate with Bitrix24 but we’re not getting the App’s Code pop-up. kindly advise on the issue.

From the screen print it looks like you are using FreePBX with that Bitrix24 plugin…

My advise to you is ask your question at the FreePBX forum or the Bitrix24 makers.

The asterisk forum is for questions about Asterisk, not the web interface someone is using with asterisk.
