Hey Community,
i’ve got a problem regarding app_queue. There are snom 190 phones in my config added to a queue named support. Those phones were added by the managed command
add queue member SIP/tech1 to support
and
add queue member SIP/tech2 to support
Now we get calls to both phones and a third one. This third call will now be given to one of these phones while they are calling!
I’ve already tried SetGroup etc. but this can only be used if queue() would call the extension - queue calls the sip Phone directly.
