Could you please Someone give me a procedure how to install AMR-NB codec in Asterisk 1.6.2.13?

Having said that, you’ve got a license to use that codec, right? If not, you should contact the patent holders about using it, otherwise you’re probably not on the right side of the law.
The patent holders will charge a minimum of USD 10,000 a year, so he’d need to find a re-seller. That might be difficult, given that they would have to enforce use counts to the satisfaction of the patent owner.

I’ll move to android (sorry RIM) in the near future as I haven’t so much money to pay per year for the codec.
