Agents and wrapuptime

i want to set up agents or queue members to be always not available after they finished a call, so they can to paperwork for the call they had.

After they are finished with paperwork they shout press a button on phone or on website to get available again.

So fa I now I can only set up a wrapuptime with a specific time, after the time expired they are available, but does do not help me.

I there a way to handle this or a workaround?
