Now that agentcallbacklogin is deprecated, how can I achieve the same functionality?
Having read Digium’s notes on the matter, it seems it will now be IMPOSSIBLE to have asterisk call an agent back. Similar functionality can be achieved using members associated with channels, but not actual agents.
Is this correct? This would cause serious problems for me, as I use asterisk’s agent events and statistics in the manager interface e.g. to alert me when there are not enough agents logged in etc…
Or is there another way around it?!
