Agent needs to transfer call to IVR or have control to be in conference


I have a scenario , where agent is called up from customer and is assisting customer for making payments for his bills. After assisting the customer for his payments, agent wants to either transfer the call to ivr and leave the meeting or he wants to be in call in a conference model.
Do we have any facility in asterisk where agent can decide between the call to either be in conference or transfer the call to IVR.

What you’re talking about can be achieved using blind transfer or conference call, all this can be completed on the agent SIP phone or using feature code

But how this can be implemented ? Is there any configuration for this at Asterisk server?
