Hello, Im currently using a pbx from simpliphones.com, the unit has a proprietary pri(t1 card) that is attached to a voiceboard with 4 analog lines in and 8 ext out. We have 80 did numbers comming into a pri line to the pbx the extensions are going out to analog phones for our operators
we need:
automatic incomming call recording
predictive dialer
auto dialer
callerID blocking (to block 800 numbers)
to use our exsisting analog phone system for our 20 operators
through our pri line
I am looking to go with asterisk and rebuild our pbx because of the limitations of the simpliphones unit, does anyone know a cost effective method? as far as hardware, and if any extra management tools are needed as far as software?
