ACD Monitoring Stadistics

Hello My friends,

There is a system who Can help me to see the on-line stadistics of use of the ACD system…, I mean, I want to see the time of response of the people that works attending the calls made for the user.

And other statadistics, such as lost calls, attending calls, rating of attending calls, as so on…

I now there is a Propietary ACD system that do this, but I would like to know now if Asterisk has this features.
