I am wondering is it possible to Setup an SIP-based Asterisk server with a DHCP server providing dynamic IP addresses for the SIP phones?
If so, what is the procedure to do so?

just install the standard dhcp server that comes with your linux distribution, configure it, check the firewall isn’t blocking the dhcp server port and then start the dhcp server.
