anybody? 
sounds probable that zaptel āmake installā is copying the modules to another folder other than where your kernel is expecting to find them. what directories do you have in /lib ?
I know its totally weird, I have tried ubuntu and get the same error.
Maybe its hardware related?
Here is my /lib folders

/firmware
/i686
/iptables
kbd
/lsb
/modules
/security
/tls
I have tried again using a brand new server with intel motherbard etc. I have also tried unbuntu and I get the same error. Iām baffled, why all of a sudden does this happen?
