Wrong Password when accessing via external IP

Hi All

I have a Asterisk 11.3 & Freepbx 2.11.0.0beta2.7 on server

but when accessing via softphone on other pc show this error

but password is correct

Nat or Alg can make this problem but i dont set any nat or every asterisk server need to nat for external contact with softphone that show this error wrong password :question: :exclamation:
