Where to buy digium hardware online

I tried to buy a Digium card online from voiplink.com and it appears they are going to screw me. They won’t take calls and my order is “pending”. So I give up with them but does anyone know a reputable online company that sells digium? All I want is a TDB11B.

This is where I go for anything I want that’s VOIP.

They sell the factory unlocked versions of everything, so you can configure the part to do whatever you want. (Unlike VOIP providers like Vonage, who lock down their re-sold equipment so that it can only be used with their own service.)

They’re very reliable, and they offer support for configurations and hardware failure if you want to buy it.

Well if you can believe it, they cannot take internet orders if your billing address and shipping address are not the same. My transaction kept failing and I called and they said I will have to call each time to place an order. I have never seen a reputable online company work like that. I buy all the time from newegg, amazon, milestek, blackbox and they can all deal with separate shipping/billing addresses. I’m not going to call in every order that I have with them in the future so if you have any other suggestions…

you’ll find that’s probably a “restriction” placed on them by their creditcard merchant account. not sure if it’s that different in the US, but over here, if you ship to an address other than the billing address you get less protection from fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorised-use claims.

Ok baconbuttie… I’m in the US. Recommendations?

i guessed as much … and as such, no, i’ll have to leave that to other US-based users.

I have ordered from http://www.telephonyware.com and had very good service.

as for the different shipping/billing address thats pretty common for any credit card account… its done to avoid fraud… you can always contact your credit card company and see if they can add additional shipping addresses. This is pretty much required for Amex cards
