I have problems with Grandstream GXP 2130 , that when answering/Transffering a call to extenion X (that uses grandstream GXP 2130) customer pickup handset but has no media, and the client in the other side keeps hearing ringing audio.
1.I replaced gxp 2130 phone did not solve
2. i change network cables and Network point , still problem occurs.
3. I check with grandstream support, they dont know about this issue (that it occurs at other customers of them) and want syslog and packet traffic (which i cant give them as i cant monitor customer 24/7)
4.check with programmers of pbx , says its a network issue.
I’m stuck with a solution for customer, did someone here experienced it and know how issue can be fix?

Sounds like the PBX is not Asterisk.
However, I’d agree that it is network related.
It sounds like the final response or the ACK is getting lost, or misrouted.
If this is Asterisk, please proved the channel driver (chan_sip or chan_pjsip) protocol logs for the INVITE transaction.

Please note is is bad practice to request step by step instructions to be followed blindly. Also there is no Asterisk Support term, only other users and the odd developer. If you want a support team, you need to buy a commercially supported version.
