What does mean fo state in hangup cause

Hi,

Does anybody have the full list of state of hangup-cause. As I am getting the below after the call disconnection.

CIC=58 Cause=0 (state=5)
CIC=12 Cause=16 (state=7)
CIC=45 Cause=0 (state=7)

Also is there any way to get the exact call disconnection cause e.g. call disconnected by source or destination, user busy, etc.
