We are unable to get our Asterisk to restart

Hello. this morning. when we can in. all of the calls that went though the Asterisk were garbled and noisey. we reboot the box and are now getting these errors .

The fellow that keeps this guy running is out with his wife while they have a baby today. I can not really ask him to come back in.

Can anyone shed some lite on this issue and tell me where to look or what to do.

My first guess is the kernel was updated but since the server was just rebooted it was just now loaded. If thats the case you need to recompile zaptel for the new kernel.
