Want help for multiple conference on multiple server

Hello,

I m trying to build application in which I need to connect conference room of different asterisk servers. I need suggestions for that. Is there any built in facility in asterisk is provided? And can video be sent in this?

you can use AUTODIALOUT feature and conect call to two ore more conference as bridge.
see in wiki.
