Voicemail problem... Commands do not work?!? :(

Hello, i have very stupid problem… i set up asterisk… and evertything works exelent exept voicemail… voicemail forks just fine exept one small thing. Commands in voicemail do not work :frowning: When i acess to my voicemail i hear help menu sound but when i press 1 (one) nothing happends. Acctually when i press any button it is still the same :frowning:

Does anyone have any idea?!?

I am using grandstream gpx-2000 phones…

sounds like a dtmf issue

on the grandstream phone set dtmf mode to be RFC2833

now in sip.conf for that phone set dtmfmode=rfc2833

does taht work?
