Voice Mail Scenario

I want to implement voice mail in a scenario in which first of all call goes into queue then when no one picks up after a specific time it goes to voice mail. But issue is on which member’s voice mail it will be go.

If u have any knowledge please share.


Why is that an issue?

Use the joinempty and leavewhenempty options, along with the timeout option to control the ringing time, to allow users into the queue and kick then when agents can’t take their calls.

Then, as a next step in your dialplan, put the call into the voicemail box of your choosing, see:
